Chris Brown is keeping low this promo run leading up to the release of his Fortune album, due July 3. Tuesday night, the pop star made a rare appearance on Dancing with the Stars. With a setup that included lasers and dancers, Breezy showed off his moves with a high-energy performance of 'Turn Up The Music.'
