It's been long overdue for Jay Electronica fans. Following his signing to Roc Nation back in 2010, not much has been heard from the New Orleans MC. This afternoon, Jay Elec took to Twitter and revealed the tracklisting to his upcoming Act 2: Patents Of Nobility album. The 15-tracks includes guest features from Kanye West ('New Illuminati' & 'Rough Love'), Jay-Z ('Road to Perdition' & 'The Shiny Suit Theory'), Diddy ('Welcome to Knightsbridge'), and Erykah Badu ('Life on Mars'). The Bullitts, Serge & Charlotte Gainsbourg, Latonya Givens, and The-Dream round out the final appearances on Electronica's first album under the label Jay-Z created.

Who cares, dude has the most boring flow. Everyone praised and sucked him so much that he believed the hype. I would put the hype up there with the Detox(that's going to be garbage by the way), no matter how good it's never going to achieve the expect ions placed upon it. He dropped Exhibit C, which was amazing, but 50% of that song was Just Blaze's production.

Also on a side note all this Illuminati shit is also such a distraction from the real problems in this world, its just another thing to blame when dudes fail. Lastly fucking a Rothchild doesn't make him more interesting by the way. Rappers should be judged by the music they release not by all the side bullshit.
