While KimYe, matching in similar black ensembles, spent an innocuous afternoon grabbing froyo together in Hawaii, messy legal issues await them back home.
With an enormous attorney fee included in Kim's pending divorce between Kim and ex-72-day-hubby Kris Humphries, the battle is heating up. Since their infamous separation, Humphries has been slapping Kim with lawsuits and subpoenas, claiming she duped him into marriage for publicity exposure and endorsements, and that she had been cheating on him with Kanye the whole time. Humphries legal team has also ruthlessly attempted to serve Kanye with a subpoena to testify in court, going as far as delivering their deposition in a Nordstrom box. However, Kanye's lawyerposse has allegedly not been cooperative.
